Pearson & Victoria is a property development in Brunswick nestled amongst four parks.

Our brief was to reflect romantic park living. Our organic, illustrative approach imparted the sense of romance, whilst communicating the feel of boutique living.

The brand was applied to a wide range of marketing tools and successfully distinguished Pearson & Victoria from its competitors in a crowded property marketplace.
